Job Overview

Good Earth Farms is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cashier to join our dedicated team at our Hyderabad location. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all transactions with our valued customers in an accurate and efficient manner.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Point of Sale Systems: Proficiency in operating POS systems to process customer transactions quickly and accurately.
  • Basic Math Skills: Must possess strong arithmetic skills to promptly calculate change and reconcile cash drawers daily.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for identifying discrepancies in transactions or product lists, ensuring accuracy and inventory control.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain an orderly workspace and manage multiple transactions efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly interact with customers and team members.
  • Problem Solving: Capability to handle customer complaints or queries with patience and effective solutions.
  • Cash Handling (Mandatory skill): Extensive experience in handling various payment methods and securing cash, ensuring zero discrepancies.
  • Must be from F&B industry.
  • Graduation is preferrable.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions at the point of sale, ensuring accuracy and prompt service.
  • Maintain an updated and accurate cash drawer, reporting any inconsistencies to the supervisor.
  • Assist customers by providing information and answering their questions about products and services.
  • Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and conform to the companys standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance customer experience.
  • Adhere to all operational procedures and guidelines, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management, if necessary, in a timely manner.
  • Participate in periodic audits and inventory counts as required.
