Job Description
As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management. This role will allow you to develop your skills in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and organizational development. You will work closely with the HR team to support and implement HR initiatives that align with the company's goals and values.
Recruitment Support

Recruitment Support
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, and screening resumes.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
- Participate in onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
- Help organize employee engagement activities, workshops, and events.
- Gather feedback from employees and suggest initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR database.
- Assist in managing attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation.
- Support payroll and benefits-related tasks as needed.
- Assist in drafting and updating company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Help coordinate training sessions and monitor employee development programs.
- Prepare materials and track progress for employee training initiatives.
