Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identifying potential customers or clients through various channels like cold calling, networking, and research.
- Lead Generation: Generating leads through inbound marketing strategies, such as content marketing, social media, and email campaigns.
- Negotiation: Negotiating terms of sale, contracts, and agreements with clients.
- Closing Deals: Finalizing sales and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Sales Reporting: Tracking sales metrics, analyzing data, and preparing reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Market Research: Conducting research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Brand Management: Developing and maintaining a strong brand identity through messaging, design, and customer experience.
- Content Creation: Creating engaging content for various marketing channels, such as social media, blogs, email newsletters, and websites.
- Digital Marketing: Implementing digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, and social media marketing, to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Campaign Management: Planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote products or services and achieve specific business objectives.
- Public Relations: Managing relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other stakeholders to generate positive publicity for the company.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with 1 to 5 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
