Job Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building relationships, and managing the sales process. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, expand market presence, and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and Pursue Opportunities: Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, and partnerships.
  • Develop Strategies: Create and execute business development strategies to achieve growth targets and expand the company's market share.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry contacts to foster partnerships and secure new business.
  • Manage Sales Process: Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand competitive landscape and market trends.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients and partners.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operational teams to align strategies and ensure successful execution of business development initiatives.
  • Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and progress toward goals.
  • Client Needs: Understand and address client needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
