Job Responsibilities
- Active Directory, file Server, Web Server (IIS, Apache, Nginx) and Application Server Management.
- Database Server like MS-SQL, MySQL installation, troubleshooting and Backup
- Installation of new Windows, Linux and Desktop systems.
- Windows and Linux application/Software like VB, C# , .net etc. installation and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of Public cloud management like AWS, Azure etc.
- Virtual Hypervisor management like Hyper-V and Esxi.
- Virtual Machine/Server management and Backup.
- Troubleshooting basic server hardware and OS issues.
- Assist management, patch deployment and server upgradation.
- Monitor and maintain server(s) performance and availability, troubleshooting OS issues.
- Respond to end user issues that have escalated from Desktop Support.
