Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Reach out to potential customers via phone calls to generate new sales leads and opportunities.
  • Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to potential customers, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our products/services.
  • Qualify Prospects: Assess the needs and interests of potential clients to determine their suitability for our products/services.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Sales Closure: Negotiate terms, address customer objections, and close sales to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads and customers using our CRM system.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide relevant information to prospects.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Reporting: Report on sales activities, lead status, and conversion rates to management on a regular basis.
