Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms.
• Optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing to enhance visibility and sales.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze sales.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional strategies.
• Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels and timely fulfillment of orders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Any Bachelors degree from recognised University.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
