Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and develop potential leads within your assigned area to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Field Sales Activities: Conduct meetings with clients, explaining our service offerings and how they can benefit from them.
- Negotiation & Closure: Effectively negotiate terms and close sales to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and long-term satisfaction.
- Reporting: Provide daily/weekly reports on your sales activities and progress to the management team.
- Market Insight: Stay updated on market trends and competitors to offer valuable insights and contribute to effective sales strategies.
- Experience: Proven experience in field sales or similar roles is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independence: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage your own schedule.
- Motivation: Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within your assigned area for field sales activities.
- Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the local market is a plus.
- Earnings: Commission-based earnings dependent on leads generated and sales closed.
