Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and eager freshers for the role of Civil Site Engineer. This full-time position is open across various locations, including Delhi, Mumbai, Gandhinagar, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of civil engineering principles and an interest in applying these in practical, real-world settings. No prior work experience is required beyond a maximum of 1 year, aligning with our aim to nurture and develop new talent at the entry level.

Qualifications And Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD to create blueprints and technical drawings essential for building projects.
• Strong project management abilities to ensure that all aspects of construction projects are executed efficiently.
• Effective communication skills to interact with different stakeholders including clients, architects, and teams.
• Problem-solving skills to address any challenges or issues that arise during the construction process.
• Proven ability to work well within a team to achieve common goals and maintain a collaborative work environment.
• Site Surveying (Mandatory skill) to accurately inspect and evaluate project sites for planning and development.
• Construction Materials Knowledge (Mandatory skill) to ensure the appropriate materials are selected and utilized for durability and compliance.
• Structural Analysis (Mandatory skill) to assess and plan for stability and strength requirements in construction projects.
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Assist in site surveying and data gathering to support project planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers to plan and execute construction designs.
• Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure the strength and stability of engineering projects.
• Apply knowledge of construction materials to make informed recommendations and decisions.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, designs, and drawings using AutoCAD.
• Monitor and report on project progress, keeping timelines and budgets in check.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute effectively to team meetings, discussions, and project brainstorming sessions.
