Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of robust architecture solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the development and execution of Manual Accessibility Testing to ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
- Provide expertise in Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and team collaboration.
- Develop and maintain database structures ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.
- Utilize SQL skills to perform complex queries and data analysis supporting various business functions.
- Implement automation strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure that all solutions are scalable maintainable and aligned with industry best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain high-quality standards.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our architecture practices.
- Document technical designs processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance to help them grow in their roles.
- Possess strong experience in Manual Accessibility Testing ensuring applications are accessible to all users.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Agile methodologies facilitating efficient project management and delivery.
- Have a solid understanding of database design and SQL capable of performing complex data queries.
- Show expertise in automation tools and techniques to enhance operational efficiency.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
- Display a proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies and methodologies.
