Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of thermal projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop full-scale project plans, timelines, and associated communication documents.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues to ensure project delivery within established parameters.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Adhere to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.
  • Conduct project post-implementation reviews and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in project management within the Thermal Projects industry.
