Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Define and execute the technology and product vision for the Banking and Financial Services vertical.
  • Develop and implement a robust technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, architects, and product managers.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
  • Manage risks and dependencies to mitigate project failures.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), Java, and SaaS.
  • Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Drive the development of innovative products and solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Monitor project financials and ensure Qualifications :
  • 10+ years of experience in software development and delivery.
  • Deep understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Java.
  • Proven experience in delivering SaaS solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps).
  • Experience in leading and managing large teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • A passion for technology and a drive to innovate.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry.
  • Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with data engineering and Knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance regulations.
