Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Direct Tax and TDS professional to join our team at Reliance Industries Limited in Navi Mumbai. This full-time position involves managing tax compliance, TDS calculations, and ensuring adherence to tax deduction laws. Responsible for handling of monthly TDS payment, quarterly TDS Return & timely compliances of relevant activities.

Key Responsibilities

• To monitor handle & ensure the monthly TDS payment activities, Quarterly return filing and related compliances.
• The regular TDS/ TCS defaults review in all the TANs, to ensure earliest return revisions to eliminate the risk of demand notice.
• Supporting with required details for Audit, response to Income Tax notices.
• To address queries raised by vendor & businesses related to TDS deduction & applicability.
• To co-ordinate with relevant banking and accounts team for query resolution.
• To prepare & submit data to assessment, audit team on requirement basis.
  
  

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of direct tax matters
• Knowledge of SAP FICO module
• Knowledge of advance MS-excel, Ms-word.
• Knowledge of accounting
• English drafting & Analytical skill.
  
  

Qualification Required

Graduate/ Post Graduate in finance and accounts
