Purpose Of Role
Oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inward, scrap, and SAP processes for Clariant India and CISC's third-party warehouse in Medchal. Ensure compliance with FDA guidelines for product dispatches as a competent person.

Purpose Of Role
Oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inward, scrap, and SAP processes for Clariant India and CISC's third-party warehouse in Medchal. Ensure compliance with FDA guidelines for product dispatches as a competent person.
Responsibilities
- Manage shipments, scheduling, and logistics
- Oversee labeling for exports, products, and samples
- Coordinate material transfers and monitor turnaround times
- Act as backup for Warehouse Manager
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Apply FDA (Food and Drug Administration) guidelines.
- Handle domestic shipments and documentation.
- Adhere to Good Laboratory practices.
- Maintain quality system standards.
- Execute and monitor CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions) for Quality and EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) improvements.
- Review and submit transportation invoices.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS (Management Information System) reports.
- Any Graduate
- 3-4 years of experience in Warehouse operations.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel & SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module
- Experience in managing export & local dispatches.
- Experience in monitoring the material transfers between site and external warehouses.
