Validation Technician

He/She contributes to define product environmental test strategy based on Customer and Valeo

standards specifications - To analyse Customer test specifications (Conformity Matrix)

• To support T&V Leader documenting budget regarding the environmental, reliability validation
  
  
  

costs, test box/benches, Jiggs needs

• To support T&V Leader regarding product test strategy
• To define DV&R tests list/ test spec, acceptance criterias and scheduling (Pre DV, DV)
• To define validation tests specification plan (Pre DV, DV) according to the customer and internal
  
  
  

standard requirements.

• To support T&V Leader by documenting project tests timeline plan and execution progress
• To document DV&R synthesis results follow-up (Pre DV, DV)
• To manage all environmental, reliability tests with support of metiers contributors (internal
  
  
  

/external Valeo)

• To coordinate tests with external laboratories when required.
• To manage all environmental, reliability PV tests requested by QPTM.
• When required, to support T&V Leader regarding QRQCs test failures analysis troubleshooting
• To define tests equipment, jiggs to perform environmental tests
• To attend RAISE Validation Design Review
  
  
  

Note: all PV&R qualification tests follow-up related to SMT process qualification are under QPTM

accountability and consolidated prior ISVA.
