Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Payer and will work during day shifts. We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Payer and will work during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Sr. Consultant will play a crucial role in driving project success and delivering impactful solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and design of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Oversee the implementation of solutions that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Provide expert guidance on Payer domain-specific challenges and opportunities to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems and processes to identify gaps and recommend enhancements.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and performance making adjustments as needed to stay on track and within scope.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables by conducting rigorous testing and validation of solutions.
- Mentor and support junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Communicate effectively with clients providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to measure the impact of implemented solutions and identify areas for further improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in the Payer domain to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Possess a Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration Information Technology or Healthcare Management.
- Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting with a focus on the Payer domain.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools such as Agile Scrum or Waterfall.
- Have experience with data analytics and reporting tools such as SQL Tableau or Power BI.
- Display a strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Be adept at facilitating workshops and meetings with the ability to engage and motivate stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
- Exhibit a proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value to clients.
- Have experience mentoring and supporting junior team members fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
