Role & Responsibilities
- Work in a cross-functional environment with other designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Having a user-centered design approach.
- Owning the entire design process right from discovery to execution.
- Define interactions and clearly communicating them to development team.
- Contribute to and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all digital products
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in designing for digital products.
- Fluency in any of the design tools Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD etc.
- Understanding of principles of design.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions
- UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
- Sketch
