Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in project management / scrum methodologies to lead and deliver projects within the payment / banking domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Well-Versed in end-to-end management and implementation of Enterprise Applications in banking domain and Software Development projects
  • Effective and collaborative Project Manager / Scrum Master Expert ability to apply best project management, Scrum practices like Backlog Management, facilitation of Scrum ceremonies, Velocity metrics, user story level estimation, etc.
  • Ensure that tasks are allocated to every team member and that the work is visible to stakeholders and team members by providing a clear interaction model
  • Good understanding of Jira, Confluence etc. to enable efficient task allocation and showcasing of Dashboard and metrics to the team and Senior Management
  • Make sure that 3rd party dependencies are understood and communicated to the cross teams to ensure that team delivery is aligned and made available in time
  • Manage risks and issues throughout the Software Development Lifecycle and ensure that mitigations are in place
  • Work with Business / Product Owner to refine the Product backlog for upcoming Sprints
  • Protect the team from outside interference, remove blockers which hinder team performance and delivery. Create an inclusive and collaborative environment to ensure that the team focuses on delivering the business value
  • PMP / Scrum Master certified
