Location: Hsr layout, Bangalore (But candidate shuld be willing to travel Anywhere within bangalore Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader in Real Estate at Search Homes India Private Limited in Bengaluru. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team, overseeing brokerage transactions, providing leadership in commercial real estate projects, and maintaining effective communication within the team. Responsibilities: : Lead and manage a team by Providing guidance, support and coaching to achieve sales targets and objectives. : Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and initiatives to drive business growth and market share. : Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, such as sales revenue, conversion rates, and client satisfaction, and take corrective actions as needed. : Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and goal-setting sessions to motivate and engage team members. : Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales activities. : Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
