Supply Chain Management (SCM) Internship in Bangalore

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Conduct thorough assessments of warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to streamline warehouse processes, increase productivity, and reduce costs.
• Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in last-mile delivery and develop strategies for improvement.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement process excellence initiatives and drive operational excellence throughout the supply chain.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including warehouse managers, logistics teams, and IT professionals, to ensure successful implementation of new processes and technologies.
• Lead pilot projects and proof-of-concepts to test new technologies and methodologies before full-scale implementation.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, making adjustments as needed to optimize results and achieve continuous improvement.
• This position may necessitate travel within the city of Bangalore.
