We Are/have
The Recruiter will be responsible for fulfilment of all open roles within stipulated timelines
Work closely with stakeholders to draw out effective sourcing strategy for optimal delivery.
Ensure all challenges are escalated in a timely manner with adequate data with the Delivery leader.
Maintain a pro-active approach in seeking feedback from candidates and stakeholders to improve the effectiveness & efficiency of the process.
Assign work to the team members, guide and support them to prioritize and ensure on time closures
Ensure Offers are contained within the allotted budgets .
Drive efficiency projects within the team to positively impact cost & quality
Manage and monitor sourcing strategy and manage recruitment costs & efficiency
Mentor and provide guidance & direction to the recruitment team.
To ensure the ATS is properly used and should be involved in driving initiatives around candidate experience and employer branding
Required Candidate Profile
Should have a minimum work experience of 5 - 7 years in end to end recruitment in Digital & Technology/ Data & Analytics / Consulting hiring.
Preferably from services / Big 4/ BFSI / Consulting organization
Adept at volume hiring and managing staff augmentation requirements
Good at Social Media hiring methodologies.
Good understanding of recruiting metrics
Required Education
Full Time Master’s Degree / Any Graduate.
