Job Title: Front of House or Back of House.

  • Steward 2. Kitchen 3. Hostess. 4. Captain.

Salary

  • Fresher: 15000 in hand per month + service charges.
  • 1+ years experience:17000 in hand per month + service charges.

Position Reports To: Manager on Duty.

Job Purpose Statement: Work at either a Front of House or Back of House work station, following the standard operating procedures and contributing to delighting Customers.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Previous similar experience may be required for positions such as Host, Cashier, Front Griller, Back Griller, Waitron.

Skills Knowledge

Computer literacy: This is about being able to use computers, the internet and related technology at work. It includes the use of both basic hardware and software. It is about being able to access and input information, solve and avoid problems, keep information organized and communicate effectively with others inside and outside of workplace.

Spoken and written English especially for Front of House: This is about being able to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English. It involves expressing thoughts, ideas and comments clearly either using speech in individual or group situations, or in writing using correct and appropriate grammar, organization and structure so that the message is clearly understood by the recipient/s.

Contribute to managing Operations by working in line with the Standard Operating Procedures.

Work at the assigned work station in line with the relevant Standard Operating Procedure/s and duties; Communicate any problems to the Section Leader as soon as they arise; Ask questions if you are unsure of anything.

Contribute to managing Brand Customer by working in line with the Standard Operating Procedures.

Wear the correct, clean and neat uniform and name badge; Meet the needs of the Customer and put the Customer first this includes internal Customers i.e. other colleagues who rely on you for your work, and external Customers i.e. diners who come into the Casa to eat; Report any problems that arise relating to our brand or to Customers to the Manager on duty immediately; Make every effort to ensure Customers leave having had a positive Experience.

Contribute to managing Finance by working in line with the Standard Operating Procedures.

Work effectively by doing the right things and efficiently by doing things right. Always work in line with Standard Operating Procedures to reduce waste and to optimize the use of all ingredients, equipment and materials i.e. to perform or function in the best possible manner with the least amount of waste of time and effort.

Contribute to managing Place by working in line with Health Safety legislation and the Standard Operating Procedures.

Report any incident, injury or breakage to the Manager on duty as soon as it occurs; Wear the approved safety gear as required by legislation for the job.

Participate as an active member of the team to help the team achieve its goals.

Always behave in line with the values; Actively participate in all meetings, as required; Operate within the policies, procedures and rules; Assist in other areas when team members are absent or work pressures and deadlines require it; Complete all required paperwork on time and accurately; Comply with all health and safety laws, regulations and standards at all times.
