We are looking for an Employee Relations Specialist, who has around 1+ years of experiene.
Location - Mulund
Working Days - Monday to Saturday
Timing - 10 am to 07 pm
About The Role
This is a full-time on-site role in employee relations. This role will manage employee relations, facilitate effective communication, provide excellent customer service, and promote employee engagement. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to employee relations, conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, preparation of various employee letters, and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Customer service orientation and the ability to handle employee inquiries
Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and practices
Drafting of various Letters
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Experience in the HR domain is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
