Qualifications And Skills
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of work experience in accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in account reconciliation (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in managing Goods and Services Tax (GST) (Mandatory skill).
- Deep understanding of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) (Mandatory skill).
- Proven experience in financial reporting, including preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements.
- Strong skills in tax preparation and ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Experience in audit compliance, including preparing for and liaising with external auditors.
- Advanced financial analysis skills for making informed business decisions and financial forecasts.
- Experience with ERP systems and utilizing them for efficient financial management.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports and statements, adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct thorough account reconciliations to maintain the integrity of financial data.
- Manage Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) compliance and filings.
- Oversee tax preparation activities to ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws.
- Perform financial analysis to drive business decisions and support strategic planning.
- Prepare for and coordinate with external auditors to ensure successful audit outcomes.
- Utilize ERP systems to enhance financial management processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
