Area Retail Sales Manager

URGENT HIRING (Only candidates with experience in After Market Retail Experience should apply) Location: Ludhiana/ Bhatinda (2 Positions) Department: Sales & Marketing Experience: 8-10 Years Reports to: Dy. Zonal Sales Manager Job Purpose: To drive sales and market penetration for MOTOROL LUBRICANTS in the assigned territory by effectively managing a team of sales representatives and distributors. Key Responsibilities: Sales Target Achievement: - Develop and execute robust sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. - Conduct regular market visits to strengthen relationships with customers and distributors. Distributor Management: - Monitor distributor performance, providing necessary support and training to enhance their effectiveness. Market Development: - Identify and explore new market segments and growth opportunities. - Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to develop effective marketing strategies. - Implement marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive product demand. Customer Relationship Management: - Develop strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure satisfaction. Reporting and Analysis: - Prepare regular sales reports and analyses to track performance and identify areas for improvement. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.
