- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

- Proficiency in site planning and construction management
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to interpret and analyze construction plans and specifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license
- Conducting regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards
- Supervising and coordinating construction activities, including the work of subcontractors and workers
- Keeping track of project progress and reporting to the project manager
- Analyzing construction plans and specifications to determine the required materials, equipment, and labor
- Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation, such as daily activity reports, site diaries, and progress reports
- Monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure efficient resource utilization
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Troubleshooting and resolving construction issues in a timely manner
- Managing and maintaining construction equipment and machinery
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards and construction best practices
