Job Overview

We are seeking a Fresher Courier to join our team at Hustlehub. The position is full-time and is located in Bengaluru, Mysuru, Shimoga, Hubballi, Mangaluru, and Tumakuru. This role requires 0 to 1 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of packages and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications And Skills

• Customer Service (Mandatory skill)
• Logistics Management skills to streamline delivery processes and enhance efficiency
• Proficiency in Supply Chain Optimization to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Ability to perform effective Route Planning to minimize travel time and cost
• Experience with Inventory Control to manage package quantities and ensure accurate deliveries
• Strong Problem Solving skills to address and resolve delivery issues promptly
• Excellent Time Management abilities to ensure all deliveries are made on schedule
• Strong Communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver packages to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure safe and secure transportation of packages
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and manage delivery schedules
• Coordinate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Assist in inventory control tasks to ensure accuracy in deliveries
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational efficiency
• Adhere to company policies and procedures during deliveries
