The Service Contract Specialist will own the operational process enabling the smooth delivery of Logitech Services to our global business customers in our Video Conferencing business line. Working closely with a range of functions including internal operation data specialists, customer services and various IT groups, this role offers a great deal of exposure to the successful experienced candidate. Ensuring customers can access the services they are entitled to and be delighted by the Logitech experience is paramount.

- Be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of customer purchase orders
- Manage day to day processing of Service eligibility, including data collection, validation of eligibility and interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders
- Identify issues in the validation process, dealing with exceptions and identifying root cause
- Propose, drive and document process creation and continuous improvement
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
- Proven experience in customer service, account management or related role preferably in a service based company
- Experience within the IT services industry desirable
- Be process and detail oriented with strong troubleshooting and data management skills
- Strategic and critical thinker who takes initiative and ownership
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral, with internal and external teams
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, pride and desire for success
- Excitement to develop new skills and take on new challenges
- Experience in Salesforce, Tableau and Oracle Financials desirable
- Strong in Excel/Google spreadsheet and database queries/management
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Preferably Business Analysis, BIS or related field
