Purpose of the RoleControlling, monitoring & Budgeting of Receivables, Fixed marketing and other fixed expenses-S&M, MIS, Variance analysis, Reporting & compliance
Job ResponsibilityControlling, Monitoring & Budgeting of Vehicle and Non-Vehicle Business receivable
Dealer Health Analysis-CVBU:- Suitable system/reports to be developed for recommending
Dealer Credit worthiness
Early warning of dealer’s health status
Overdue MIS to senior management
Improving free cash flow by ensuring timely receivable realisation and controlling the overall credit billing
Discussion with stakeholders on overdue receivables and make plan for collection
Assessment and ensure adequate provision for doubtful debts as per company Policy
Preparation of balance sheet schedule and make action plan for closure of open line items
Controlling, Monitoring & Budgeting of Fixed Marketing Expenses (FME) and Other Fixed Expenses (OFE) of sales and marketing at PAN India level
Periodic MIS for Budget vs Actual spends for OFC and FME to cost centre owners
Periodic analysis of OFC and FME spend at Region/LOB/vendor/Cost centre level
Providing monthly/quarterly data for steering committee/Audit committee meeting for OFC/FME
Coordination with Internal and external auditors for audit requirements
Completion of statutory audit and controls
Supporting business on various financial approval processes, Sales processes, regulatory and legal compliance instances
Identifying improvement opportunities for cost saving/Margin improvement
Uploading approved Budget in SAP SIO at cost centre/Expense head level
PO release in SAP with necessary finance checks for Budget, Proper GL codes
Coordination with TMLBSL and regional/SHQ team for monthly provision for FME and OFC in SAP
Ensuring smooth closure of accounting activities related to monthly/quarterly/Annual closing
