Job Purpose
A Centre of Excellence (COE) is at heart a group of people – experts in business process management, customer relationship management, and business domain, equipped with an arsenal of best practices and tools. A mature COE is a self-directing entity responsible for supporting business users and shepherding complex projects to successful completion. The purpose of COE is to empower enterprises to get the most out of standardized process, not only within key teams but across the entire organization. A COE links the big-picture strategy with day-to-day operations, documents lessons learned and best practices, and makes it easier for different groups to reuse and adapt proven solutions. Because it brings together smart people and cutting-edge technology from all parts of the enterprise, a COE will also play an important role in digital transformation of credit. A Business Process Analyst is responsible for proactively exploring new ways of improving the TAT and efficiency through zero ops scorecard improvement, policy changes, product quality etc.
Roles & Responsibilities
Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)/Bachelor of Commerce(B.Com)/Bachelor of Business Administration(BBA)
Post-graduation: MBA
Experience: 6 to 10 years of relevant experience

Roles & Responsibilities
- Guide the process analysts to drive efficiency in end-to-end journey processes
- Interface with business heads for driving and prioritizing changes/builds across multiple horizontal journeys
- Create a plan for the builds, ensure availability of resources and timely delivery
- Oversee the implementation conducted by the process analysts and provide support wherever required
- Project management from POC, design to delivery
- Drive the yearly budget and YOY reduction in total processing cost
- Manage multiple process analysts and develop a clear career and progression path and key success metrics for them
- Work with peers within the COE function to ensure innovation across end-to-end journey process
- Demonstrate expertise in getting industry benchmarks and suggest ways to match existing company practices with industry benchmarks
- Collaborate with product heads, policy heads, NCMs, Credit manager team to drive adoption of builds/changes and make the journey processes more efficient
- Lead the cadence with Audit & Compliance team to ensure all SOPs and builds are compliant with the rules
