To efficiently plan and release material schedule of supplies in order to ensure that there is no shortage / excess materials.

Job Description
Review and Release of Timely PO as per the PR/ Material Resource Planning shared by PPC 2.Floating enquiries to various suppliers based on the specification of product required and making comparative statements 3. Completeness and acurate entry of data in SAP/Other IT platforms 4. On daily basis check material requirement and ensure to clear order pendency 5. Coordinate with departments to understand priority need and chase for fulfilment of those needs 6. Follow up with vendors for timely dispatch 7. Coordination with departments / vendors to clear any queries 8. Coordinate with stores for inspection of incoming material 9. Take appropriate action in case of rejections and ensure replacements on priority and creation of debit notes
Principal Accountabilities
Timely availability of RM. 2. Ensure no deviation in physical & System Inventory. 3. Ensure proper handling of Finished Goods and proper labelling, stacking at warehouse and dispatch of goods. 4.Lead Time 5. Stock Monitoring /Levels 6. System Record Keeping
