Security Field Officer

Think clearly and logically, use good judgment, and make rapid and logical decisions in emergencies. Remember names, faces, and details of occurrences. Plan, organize, schedule, supervise and evaluate the work of others. Train security personnel. Prepare work schedules of assigned personnel. Conduct thorough investigations. Keep complete and accurate records. Prepare concise and descriptive reports recommending actions as appropriate. Administer first aid and CPR. Maintain confidentiality. Operate a vehicle observing legal and defensive driving practices. Operate two-way radio equipment and enunciate clearly when broadcasting. Operate a computer and use related software. Send and receive emails and research information through the Internet. Operate equipment using a variety of standardized methods. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Work independently with little direction and provide work direction to others. Make effective decisions and take independent action. Problem solves to analyze issues, create plans of action, and reach solutions. Perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and Board of Education policies. Analyze and evaluate data for specific use. Deal effectively with juveniles and maintain good relations with school personnel, local law enforcement personnel and the public. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Work as part of a team. Maintain consistent, punctual, and regular attendance.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills
• Critical thinking skills
• Must be able to observe situations and make appropriate response
• Must be able to work with speed
• Must have previous experience as a police officer, military police officer or security guard
• Must have valid driver’s license and personel 2 wheeler

Salary Budget - 1,80,000 - 2,50,000 per annum
