Job Overview

Rayzon Solar Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Safety Officer for our Surat location. This executive-level, full-time role requires a minimum of 10 years to a maximum of 30 years of relevant work experience. The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, training staff in safety protocols, and conducting regular safety inspections to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications And Skills

• Risk assessment skills to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
• Expertise in emergency response planning to ensure rapid and effective responses to incidents.
• Experience in accident investigation to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Proficiency in hazard identification to prevent workplace accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Capability in incident reporting to document and analyze safety incidents accurately.
• Extensive knowledge of safety regulations compliance (Mandatory skill) to ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in conducting safety training (Mandatory skill) to educate employees on safety practices and protocols.
• Experience in performing safety inspections (Mandatory skill) to identify and mitigate safety risks in the workplace.
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Provide safety training to employees to enhance awareness and adherence to company safety practices.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage and coordinate emergency response plans and drills to ensure preparedness for potential emergencies.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of safety programs and practices to stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain records of safety activities, including investigations, training sessions, and inspections.
• Work closely with management to continuously improve safety practices and promote a culture of safety within the organization.
