RPA Process Controller

Job Description

Responsible for managing the day to day running of automated processes performed via RPA and manage exceptions. This includes ensuring that these automated processes work alongside wider business processes effectively. This role will also support the implementation of new automated processes using RPA technology Job role and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Responsible for scheduling processes, preparing inputs and running processes.

Allocation of robot resource to handle transactional volume, to ensure SLAs are met.

Review Logs and communicate with wider business providing first point of support for RPA processes.

Analyse exceptions ensuring automations are continuing to perform without problems.

Monitoring of the overall RPA live environment.

Communicate with RPA software vendor on software related issues, suggest improvements and participate with others in the RPA community.

Monitor and analyse the RPA performance dashboards to prepare reports reference robot utilisation and average handling time etc.

Collaborate with Infrastructure Owners from any issues related to the underlying infrastructure.

Solve issues that occur in the day to day running of the automated processes and assisting in the provision of timely responses and solutions as required.

Responsible for reporting business exceptions, acting as an immediate escalation point if there any issues in performance/downtime and potential negative impact.

Experience And Skillset

3-5 years of RPA experience.

Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills.

Experience with UiPath and complete understanding of the UiPath Orchestrator/Insights.

Ability to work with senior level leaders and stakeholders, build relationship.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Have strong problem solving and analytical skills necessary to support large scale IT system and networks.

Good experience of the MS suite including Excel.
