• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks to attract top talent.
• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to refine recruitment processes.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of full-cycle hiring.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a dynamic environment.
