Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Recruiting Assistant in Warangal to support our recruitment team. This entry-level role provides hands-on exposure to recruitment processes, offering a solid foundation for individuals aiming to build a career in human resources and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen candidate profiles to match job requirements and maintain a talent database.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency in recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related fields).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office; experience with ATS or recruitment tools is a plus.

• This role is work-from-home with occasional travel to Hyderabad for training and team meetings.
