What is the job about?

Project Quality Engineer focuses on system & solution especially for software development quality control.

This role is overseeing and managing quality assurance (QA) activities related to the development project especially for system and solution-based projects and software projects. This individual ensures that the projects meet the technical requirements and regulations by coordinating testing efforts, performing audits, and working closely with project management teams to mitigate risks and resolve quality issues.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Project Quality Planning: Develop and implement quality plans for projects, ensuring alignment with company and industry standards.
  • Quality Assurance Framework: Define the quality metrics, KPIs, and testing frameworks necessary to ensure that the system or solution meets design specifications, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
  • End-to-End Testing Oversight: Oversee and implement various testing activities, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring comprehensive coverage of all system components and interfaces.
  • Risk Management: Identify and evaluate quality risks associated with solution prioritizing areas for improvement and working with teams to mitigate potential issues.
  • Collaboration with Project Teams: Work closely with project managers, solution architects, and developers to integrate quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design and prototyping to final delivery.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure that projects adhere to all relevant standards, regulations, and compliance frameworks, such as ISO, CMMI, or industry-specific standards.

Your Background:

  • 5+ years of Professional experience in Quality control, Software testing, project management or Software engineering.
  • Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (ISO 9001, ISO1400!, ISO27001 CMMI 5 etc.).
  • Knowledge of audit-at least skilled level
  • Specific understanding of project management processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, scrum Methodologies).
