Quality Control-Microbiologist

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

● Monitor and maintain environmental control programs, including air, water, and surface sampling, within the production facility.

● Maintain and update microbiological quality control documentation, ensuring accuracy in test results and corrective actions.

● Identify and report microbial contamination issues, working closely with production teams to implement corrective and preventive measures.

● Develop, revise, and maintain microbiological testing SOPs and work instructions.

● Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines relevant to microbiological testing in personal care product manufacturing.

● Prepare detailed reports on microbiological testing results, trends, and deviations, and present readings to management.

Qualifications

● 3-6 years of experience.

● B.Tech, M.Tech, BSC Microbiology, MSC Microbiology or any related specialization is preferred

● Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and best practices.

● Proficiency in using quality control tools, software, and tracking systems.

● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle multiple priorities.

● Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control techniques specially in personal care products
