Technical Skills
- Good Knowledge about SDLC and STLC
- Effective understanding of the Bug Life Cycle
- Knowledge about testing methods and Techniques
- Proficient in creating Test Plans and Test Cases from requirements, specifications, and test strategies
- Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities
- Analytical Thinking for projects and process
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Willingness to Learn New Technologies
- Need to be Flexible in work Environment and management
- 2023 & 2024 Passed outs are eligible for this post
- Ensure that deadlines are met, and deliverables are provided with expected quality as per the defined process
- Collaborate closely with the IT department to identify and resolve system and software defects
- Similarly should follow the internal product/project development process
