The Quality Analyst leads the organization's quality function, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving continuous improvement to achieve world-class quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a quality strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (e.g., IATF16949, VDA 6.3).
Monitor quality metrics, conduct audits, and ensure compliance.
Implement CAPA processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Oversee supplier quality management and deliver employee quality training.
Manage the quality budget and communicate performance to stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or quality management.
4-5 years of quality management experience, including leadership roles.
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Industry-specific knowledge and data analysis expertise.
