We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager/Manager/Sr Manager, LSS Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying & analyzing GB project opportunity in existing processes where LSS methodologies can be implemented, Execute and assist in supervising LSS project

Responsibilities

• Identify GB project Opportunity in the existing process
• Running of requirements gathering workshops with internal & external customers
• Analyzing and capturing requirements
• Detailing requirements
• Applying various LSS tools on GB qualified & approved project by Business Leader to achieve the desired efficiency gains and increased customer happiness
• Be able to assist in coordinating Program / Project Management activities for supervising the progress of a GB/MBB project at a time
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications we seek in you

• Graduate/ Post Graduate – MBA /B-Tech or any other fields with Analytical
• Relevant experience
• BPO / Shared service experience
• Must be flexible with work timings
• Has working knowledge of MS office
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• GB certification
• F&A Domain Experience – AP / R2R / AR
• Prior experience in having led projects – Digital, LSS, Domain led, consulting, analytics, preferred
