Job Description

Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.

Responsibilities

Oracle's CX Service Organization in Trivandrum:

• Participates in multiple phases of Oracle's Customer Experience Cloud Products SDLC
• Contributes to the next generation of software capabilities to address needs of global enterprises
• Inviting applications from Automation Test Engineers, with 2-7 years experience in software testing, including at least 1 year experience in automated testing
  
  
  

Key Requirements: Automation Test Engineer (5+ years)

• B.Tech/B.E/M.E/M.Tech in Computer Science or related engineering discipline from a reputed institute with consistently good academic record from Xth onwards.
• 2-7 years experience in software testing, including at least 1 year in automated testing
• Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Skills (Mandatory)
• Experience in web-applications automated testing, testing web-services (SOAP, RESTful), Experience with Selenium/Webdriver, JUnit/Testing
• Knowledge and experience in programming, understanding OOPS principles, basic knowledge of design patterns and Java
• Experience in writing and supporting software testing documentation (test plans, test cases), Good understanding of test concepts and process
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing direction and mentoring to others
• Ability to dive in and learn complex systems
• Knowledge of Selenium Web Driver tool(Mandatory)
• Knowledge of Source Control management tools like GIT, CVS, VSS, Subversion etc. (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of CI tools like Jenkins, Bamboo etc. (highly Preferred)
• Knowledge of Devops related tools (preferred)
• Knowledge of Cloud native technologies (preferred)
  
  
  

As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will develop quality standards, control methods and theories to be utilized during manufacturing, testing and inspection to access product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance methods.
