Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Oversee the daily performance of computer systems and address any issues promptly.
- Install configure and maintain hardware and software components to ensure usability.
- Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement new technologies.
- Document technical issues and solutions to improve the knowledge base.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions to maintain system security.
- Provide training and support to end-users on various software and hardware.
- Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects to enhance system capabilities.
- Ensure timely resolution of service desk tickets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
- Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Have 1 to 3 years of experience in a Service Desk or similar technical support role.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with end-users and team members.
- Show proficiency in installing configuring and maintaining hardware and software.
- Display knowledge of system security practices and compliance standards.
- Have experience with user account management and access permissions.
- Be able to document technical issues and solutions clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
