Role Description for Pega Tester
Primary Skill: Strong PEGA systems testing experience. Required Experience and Skills:- Self-motivated independent worker.- Quick learner.- Good communication and teaming skills.- Pega Background- CLM KYC background is a plus- Automation skills is good to have. Responsibilities: - Define, document and obtain approval for Test Strategy and Approach, including objectives, overall phasing and testing methodology and standards- Adherence to testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology as specified in the testing approach- Ownership of overall product quality and testing resources- Ownership of manual and automated test cases- Define and track test metrics, including code coverage, quality, and performance- Manage execution of testing efforts; including meeting committed delivery dates for released and soon to be released applications and components- Ensure highest level of quality performed by test team remains strong- Set and agree test tool strategy, leveraging automation tools- Establish testing tools and standards- Manage external QA and testing resources- Manage and report on Defect management
