Job Overview

We are hiring a Production Officer- Ointment with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team at Arovea Formulation Pvt Ltd. As a Production Officer- Ointment, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of ointment products in our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit in Khavda, Gujarat. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement in our WHO-GMP and GLP certified contract base manufacturing company.

Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in ointment production, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting
• Strong knowledge of ointment production processes, machinery, and equipment
• Experience in handling and managing a team of production personnel
• Good understanding of Pharma manufacturing practices and guidelines
• Proven ability to plan and execute production activities effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate production records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Oversee the production of ointment products in accordance with company standards and procedures
• Ensure adherence to quality control measures during the production process
• Handle manpower allocation, scheduling, and supervision for efficient production
• Collaborate with the F&D and Quality Control teams to ensure product compliance
• Develop and implement production plans and strategies to meet targets and deadlines
• Troubleshoot production issues and propose solutions for process improvement
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Procurement team for timely material procurement
• Maintain production records and prepare reports on production performance
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support process optimization
