Purpose of the Role
This position will be accountable for driving sales and customer support in domestic market. It would also be responsible for driving sales and marketing activities in terms of creating volume sales, increasing market share, enhanced customer satisfaction and building organisation brand in the domestic market.
Job Responsibility
Execute VME budget in line with finalized monthly VME budget and boundary conditions - seek approvals from Head Sales & Marketing Domestic for the same on regular basis
Implement initiatives to grow business and penetration in the rural markets
Coordinate with Head Customer Care (Domestic & IB) to monitor and ensure pro-active resolution of customer issues pertaining to service
Engage with customers and coordinate with regional managers to resolve customer complaints
Ensure pro-active resolution of customer issues pertaining to service and work towards enhancement of customer satisfaction
Ensure the monthly and annual sales and marketing target are met for the domestic market ensuring increase in profitability of the business
Enhance Dealer Profitability, Network Penetration & Customer Experience by continuously identifying gaps and evaluating performance with alignment to the territory plans.
Identify and review gaps in the dealer performance and strengthen the non-performing dealers in coordination with the Network Management team
Ensure periodic review of dealer operations to drive implementation of sales and marketing initiatives
Provide guidelines to Regional Managers, RCFI, Credit & Commercial Controller to ensure implementation of Manpower, Infrastructure, Processes, Finance and Values (MIPFV) norms in the channel in domestic market
Review identification, recruitment and on-boarding of new dealers with the help of Network Management team
