Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of assigned departments within the hospital.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards.
- Coordinate with department heads and staff to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance patient care and optimize resource utilization.
- Analyse operational data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and track progress.
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions to hospital services.
- A Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, preferably with a focus in healthcare management or a related field.
