- Coordinate management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs by managing staff and office operations.
- Handle day-to-day operations and manage back office support.
- Report to management regarding office activities and keep track of clients, calls, and manage documentation.
- Handle and manage client billing, staff requests, and office requirements.
