Human Resources (HR) Executive in Bhopal

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing niche skills, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and conducting follow-ups.
• Screen and shortlist candidates according to specific job descriptions.
• Handle walk-in interviews and manage mass recruitment drives.
• Assess candidates' technical and interpersonal skills effectively.
• Maintain an organized record of all candidates and their interviews in the recruitment database.
• Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job portals, ad responses, internet search engines, networking, referrals, headhunting, and cold calling.
• Handle multiple projects and competing priorities efficiently.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for open positions.
• Verify the original testimonials and documents of candidates.
• Post job openings on career pages, external websites, and social media platforms.
• Interact with clients, conduct preliminary interviews, explain job profiles to candidates, and manage candidate relationships.
• Conduct recruitment at all levels, including walk-ins, drives, and personal interviews.
• Shortlist candidates based on the required skill matrix for client-specific project requirements.
• Schedule interviews for candidates with HODs, HR Managers, and Technical Teams and follow up for feedback.
• Keep candidates informed about interview schedules, feedback, and joining details.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure smooth progress through the recruitment process.
• Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
• Source, screen, and shortlist profiles in the preliminary rounds.
• Conduct cold calls to suitable candidates, assess their skills and qualifications, and communicate employer information and benefits.
