Urgently Required ITI Mechanical Production Engineer. for Surat based manufacturing company.

  • Experience on Assembling, Drilling, and production.
  • Knowledge of Cutting Tools and Cutting Parameters.
  • Expertise in operating machine and tooling as well as precision measurement tools
  • Prepare daily production report.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Computer knowledge with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM.
  • Having expertise in handling measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, Height gauge (TRIMOS), Micrometer, Radius Gauge, Go-No Go Gauge, Thread Gauge, Slip Gauges, etc.
  • Knowledge of GDT.
  • Coordinate with QC team and ensure Quality of parts.
  • Mechanical Engineering skill and good mathematical skill.
  • Ability to give training to trainee Operator.
  • Good communication abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and result-driven approach

Skills Experience Require

  • Should have knowledge of the Grinding/Fettling process of sand-casting products.
  • Should Have Sound Knowledge of sand-casting defects amp; visual inspection.
  • Should be good enough in oral amp; written communication.
  • Basic Computer Knowledge
  • Experience of supervising with Blue collar and Contract workers
  • Ready to work in shifts
